What this site collects

When you send an enquiry, the form may collect your name, organisation, email address, enquiry type and the brief or message you choose to provide. The site does not currently collect newsletter email addresses.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, confidential client information or information about someone else in a form submission unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

How information is used

• To read and respond to contact enquiries.
• To protect forms from spam and maintain the security and reliability of the website.

The digest signup is paused while a delivery provider is selected and configured. No newsletter subscription is created through this site at present.

Forms and service providers

This static website sends contact submissions to Formspree, a form service used to deliver enquiries by email. Formspree may process the information needed to provide that service. Submissions are used for the purposes described above and are not sold.

The site may load Fathom analytics in production when its site ID is configured. The integration is used for aggregate, privacy-conscious measurement: it sends configured goal events rather than search terms, URL query strings, names, email addresses, enquiry text or other form values, and it honors Do Not Track. Fathom may process data under its own privacy terms.

Retention and sharing

Information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry, manage an ongoing relationship, maintain a requested subscription or meet operational and legal obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the nature of a request.

Information is not sold. It may be processed by the service providers described above or disclosed where required to protect the website, comply with law or respond to a legitimate legal request.

Your choices and questions

You can choose not to submit information, although this may mean that we cannot respond to an enquiry or provide a requested service. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where appropriate, or ask to stop receiving future communications.
